Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to Vimorph, an AI audio and video creation service operated by an independent developer. By using Vimorph, you agree to these Terms.

Last updated: August 1, 2026

Operator and agreement

Vimorph is operated by an independent developer rather than a registered company. In these Terms, “Vimorph,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that independent developer, and “you” refers to the person using the service.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, and any purchase-specific terms shown before payment form the agreement between you and the operator of Vimorph. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Legal and support questions may be sent to support@vimorph.com.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live and capable of entering a binding agreement. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it reasonably current.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account, protecting your credentials, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. You may not sell, transfer, share, or misuse an account in a way that creates security, fraud, or legal risk.

The service

Vimorph provides tools for speech synthesis, voice design, authorized voice cloning, music generation, transcription, translation, dubbing, subtitles, media storage, sharing, and related AI creation workflows. Features may be experimental, limited, changed, suspended, or discontinued as the service evolves.

The service may depend on third-party AI, authentication, storage, analytics, hosting, and payment providers. Availability, processing time, supported languages, models, formats, and output quality may vary, and temporary interruptions or failed tasks may occur.

We may impose reasonable technical limits, rate limits, file limits, credit requirements, safety checks, and geographic or feature restrictions to protect the service and manage capacity.

Your content and permissions

You retain the rights you already hold in text, audio, video, images, voice samples, prompts, project materials, and other content you submit. You must own that content or have all permissions, licenses, consents, and lawful bases required to upload and process it.

You grant Vimorph a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, convert, analyze, process, and display your content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and provide the requested service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for limited backup, security, legal, and technical retention.

You must not upload confidential or regulated information unless you are authorized to use an online AI service for it and have assessed the relevant risks.

Voice, likeness, and consent

You may clone, synthesize, imitate, or otherwise process a voice, likeness, or persona only when it is your own or you have explicit authorization from the relevant person or rights holder. You are responsible for keeping evidence of that authorization when appropriate.

You may not impersonate another person without authorization, bypass consent, mislead an audience about identity or endorsement, or create deceptive media that may cause financial, reputational, physical, civic, or other harm.

Where required by law, platform policy, contract, or reasonable audience expectations, you must disclose that content was generated, translated, dubbed, cloned, or otherwise modified using AI.

Generated outputs

As between you and Vimorph, and to the extent allowed by applicable law, Vimorph does not claim ownership of outputs generated specifically for you. This does not guarantee that an output is unique, copyrightable, non-infringing, accurate, or free from third-party rights or provider restrictions.

AI outputs may contain errors, unwanted similarities, mistranslations, incorrect timing, pronunciation problems, artifacts, or unsafe material. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and obtaining any additional rights or clearances before publishing, distributing, selling, relying on, or using them commercially.

You must not represent an output as verified, professional advice, or an authentic recording of a person when it is not. Vimorph is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, safety, or other professional review.

Acceptable use

You must follow the Vimorph Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws. Prohibited uses include infringement, unauthorized voice or likeness cloning, fraud, scams, phishing, unlawful surveillance, non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation, harassment, hate, malware, evasion of safeguards, and content intended to deceive or harm others.

You may not probe or disrupt the service, gain unauthorized access, extract credentials, overload infrastructure, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, resell access without permission, or use automated means in a way that exceeds documented interfaces or limits.

Credits, free access, and future payments

Vimorph is currently offered as free early access. No payment method is required for the current free experience, and free users are not automatically charged. Credits are usage allowances, not money, and have no cash value.

Credit costs, grants, expiration rules, supported models, and usage limits may change. When a service-side failure is confirmed, we may restore affected credits or provide another reasonable remedy, but credits used for a completed task are generally consumed.

If paid services or top-ups are introduced, the price, currency, included usage, and refund terms will be shown before purchase. Previously free access will not be charged retroactively without your affirmative action.

Vimorph property and feedback

Vimorph and its software, interface, design, branding, documentation, service data, and non-user content are owned by or licensed to the operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.

If you voluntarily provide product ideas or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you as the source without permission.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Vimorph at any time and may request account deletion. You should download content you wish to keep before deleting an account or project.

We may remove content, limit generation, suspend an account, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a Terms or policy violation, legal request, security incident, payment issue, fraud, abuse, risk to third parties, or risk to Vimorph or its providers. Where reasonable, we will provide notice or an opportunity to appeal through support.

After termination, your right to use the service ends. Provisions concerning ownership, permissions already required to complete processing, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and other terms that by nature should survive will remain effective.

Disclaimers

Vimorph is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free or accurate output.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited in your jurisdiction.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the independent developer operating Vimorph will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunities, or business interruption arising from the service or generated outputs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability arising from Vimorph will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Vimorph during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 100. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct where applicable.

Responsibility for claims

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful content, unauthorized use of a voice or likeness, violation of another person's rights, or material breach of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by Vimorph's own unlawful conduct.

Law and disputes

Before filing a formal claim, you and Vimorph agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve the dispute by contacting support@vimorph.com and describing the issue. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or using rights that cannot be waived.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the independent developer operating Vimorph, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and conflict-of-law rules that apply to you. Courts or dispute bodies with lawful jurisdiction may hear unresolved disputes. A more specific governing-law clause may be added if the operator's legal residence or business registration changes.

Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms as the service, pricing, providers, risks, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, communicated through the service. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms, except where additional consent is required by law.

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without permission; we may transfer them with the Vimorph service, subject to applicable law and notice requirements.
