Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the independent developer operating Vimorph collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects information when you use our AI audio and video creation services.

Last updated: August 1, 2026

Who operates Vimorph

Vimorph is operated by an independent developer rather than a registered company. In this Policy, “Vimorph,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that independent developer acting as the person responsible for the service and, where applicable, the controller of personal information.

Privacy and legal requests can be sent to support@vimorph.com. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity before completing a request.

Information we collect

Account and authentication information may include your email address, nickname, password hash, verification status, Google sign-in identifier, login activity, account preferences, plan, credits, and billing status.

User content may include text, scripts, prompts, voice samples, audio, video, subtitles, images, project settings, designed or cloned voice data, and generated outputs. Voice recordings and derived voice characteristics can be sensitive personal information and may be treated as biometric information under some laws.

Technical and usage information may include IP address, device and browser type, operating system, language, theme preference, timestamps, pages visited, referring or campaign information, diagnostic logs, task status, and feature interactions.

Communications and transaction information may include support messages, feedback, abuse reports, order references, payment status, and limited transaction metadata. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider and are not intended to be stored by Vimorph.

How and why we use information

We use information to create and manage accounts; authenticate users; provide speech synthesis, voice design, authorized voice cloning, music generation, transcription, translation, dubbing, subtitle, storage, sharing, and export features; calculate and manage credits; process payments when enabled; respond to support; secure the service; prevent fraud and abuse; diagnose failures; and improve reliability and usability.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on performance of our agreement with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing Vimorph, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent where consent is specifically requested. You may withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the applicable basis.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not intentionally use private user content to train a general-purpose Vimorph model without separate notice and, where required, consent.

AI processing and voice data

To perform a requested task, Vimorph may transmit the relevant text, media, voice sample, settings, or task identifier to an AI or infrastructure provider. The provider processes that information on our behalf or under its applicable service terms to return the requested result.

Voice cloning must only be used for your own voice or a voice for which you have explicit authorization. Vimorph processes voice samples and derived voice data to create, store, retrieve, and use the requested voice. We do not use voice data to identify a person outside the requested product workflow.

Do not upload confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information unless you have assessed the risks and have authority to use an online AI service for that information.

Service providers and international transfers

Depending on the feature and deployment configuration, we may use third-party providers for authentication, cloud hosting, media storage and delivery, AI generation, transcription, translation, analytics, payments, email, security, and customer support. We share only the information reasonably needed for the provider to perform the requested function.

These providers may process information in countries or regions outside your location. Where required, we rely on the provider's contractual commitments and other recognized safeguards for international transfers. Provider availability and processing locations may change as the service evolves.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our terms, investigate abuse, protect users or the public, or respond to a valid legal request. We may also transfer service data as part of a sale or transfer of the Vimorph service, subject to applicable notice requirements.

Cookies, local storage, and analytics

Vimorph uses local storage and cookies to remember language and theme choices, maintain authentication and security, preserve referral attribution, and support essential product functions.

When configured, analytics technologies may collect usage and device information to measure performance, understand navigation, diagnose problems, and improve the product. You can limit cookies through browser controls, although disabling essential storage may prevent parts of Vimorph from working.

Retention and deletion

Account records are generally kept while your account is active. Projects, uploaded media, generated outputs, voice data, task metadata, and logs are kept for as long as needed to provide the requested workspace, recovery, security, and support functions, or until you delete them or request deletion, subject to technical and legal limitations.

Deleted information may remain for a limited period in backups, security logs, fraud-prevention records, transaction records, or records that must be retained for legal, tax, accounting, dispute, or enforcement purposes. We periodically review stored information and aim not to keep personal information longer than reasonably necessary for its stated purpose.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or a copy of personal information; object to or opt out of certain processing; withdraw consent; and appeal or complain to a competent data-protection authority.

You may delete supported projects and media within the product and may contact support@vimorph.com for account or privacy requests. Some requests may be limited where retention or processing is required by law, necessary for security or legal claims, or affects the rights of another person.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect account information and user content, including access controls, server-side credential handling, and service monitoring. No online service or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for notifying us promptly if you believe your account or content has been accessed without authorization.

Children

Vimorph is not directed to children under 18, and users must be at least 18 or the age of legal majority where they live. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Vimorph, its providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, communicated through the service. The updated Policy applies from the stated effective date.

Effective and last updated: August 1, 2026.
