Acceptable Use Policy

This policy explains the content and usage rules for Vimorph, an AI audio and video creation service operated by an independent developer. It is designed to protect users, rights holders, service providers, and audiences.

Last updated: August 1, 2026

Scope

This Policy applies to all Vimorph features, including speech synthesis, voice design, voice cloning, music generation, transcription, translation, dubbing, subtitles, uploads, sharing, and generated outputs.

You must follow this Policy, the Terms of Service, and applicable law. If you use Vimorph for another person or organization, you are also responsible for ensuring that use complies with these rules.

Permitted use

Vimorph may be used to create speech, translate scripts, localize videos, and generate audio or video outputs when the user owns or has permission to use the submitted content.

Typical permitted uses include creator content, education, product demos, marketing localization, internal training, and accessibility workflows.

Rights, consent, and voice cloning

You may submit content only when you own it or have all permissions, licenses, consents, and lawful bases required to process it. You may not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, contractual duties, or other rights.

Voice cloning may be used only with your own voice or with explicit permission from the person whose voice is submitted. You must not use recordings from private calls, social media, interviews, films, courses, podcasts, or other sources unless you have the rights and consent required for AI voice processing.

Illegal, abusive, or harmful content

You may not use Vimorph for illegal activity, fraud, scams, phishing, identity theft, unlawful surveillance, extortion, threats, harassment, doxxing, hate, exploitation, or content that promotes or facilitates serious physical harm.

You may not create or distribute non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation material, content that sexualizes minors, or any content that exploits, endangers, or facilitates abuse of a child.

You may not generate malware, malicious code, instructions intended to compromise systems, or content designed to evade lawful security or safety controls.

Deception and high-impact uses

You may not impersonate another person without authorization, falsely claim endorsement, fabricate evidence, or use synthetic media to deceive audiences about a person's identity, words, actions, or involvement.

You may not use Vimorph to make or materially influence eligibility or access decisions in employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, medical care, legal services, elections, or other high-impact areas without lawful authority, appropriate human review, and required disclosures.

You may not use generated content for misleading political persuasion, voter suppression, market manipulation, financial fraud, or false emergency communications.

Service and platform abuse

You may not gain unauthorized access, probe vulnerabilities, extract credentials, interfere with other users, overload infrastructure, bypass rate or credit limits, evade moderation, or circumvent technical restrictions.

You may not use unauthorized automation, scrape private or restricted data, resell account access, reverse engineer restricted service components, or use the service to build a competing model or dataset in violation of the Terms or applicable rights.

Disclosure and human review

You are responsible for reviewing generated audio, subtitles, translations, music, and video before publishing, distributing, selling, or relying on them. AI outputs may contain errors or unintended similarities.

When required by law, platform policy, contract, or reasonable audience expectations, you must clearly disclose that content was generated, translated, dubbed, cloned, or otherwise modified using AI.

Enforcement

The independent developer operating Vimorph may block a task, remove content, preserve relevant evidence, restrict features, suspend an account, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a suspected violation, legal request, security issue, or risk to users, third parties, Vimorph, or its providers.

Reports and good-faith appeals can be sent to support@vimorph.com. Include the relevant account, project, or public link and enough context for us to review the issue. We may not be able to disclose confidential security, provider, or third-party information in our response.

Policy changes

We may update this Policy as Vimorph's features, risks, providers, or legal obligations change. Material updates will be posted on this page and apply from the stated effective date.

Effective and last updated: August 1, 2026.
